No. 60 - NOT Blinded by the Light
I've wanted prescription sunglasses for years. All the squinting in the sun in the spring/summer gives me headaches and wearing a hat to shield the sun isn't always an option. I tried the transitions lenses, but those bastards suck. They don't transition when you need them too and when you go inside they stay dark far too long. Today my glasses snapped in half forcing me to purchase new glasses. It really was time for new glasses as my broken pair is almost two and half years old. Fortunately for me Eyeglass World is having a great sale on glasses. Buy one get two free, so why not make one of those pairs a pair of sunglasses. And I did. I'm more excited for spring and summer to get here so that I can wear them. I know it'll be kind of a pain to have to carry around an extra pair of glasses, but I think it'll be more than worth it. No more squinting, no more furrowed brow, no more headaches. Just cute little sunglasses.
